In January 2023, MSI India’s programme Foundation for Reproductive Health Services (FRHS India) was proud to be awarded 2022-23 NGO of the Year in Family Planning at the Indian Social Impact Awards.

“This is a proud moment for us. And it simply wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of our 700+ team members who drive our mission tirelessly to reach the most vulnerable in India with quality sexual and reproductive healthcare. Quality of care is the ethos of our service delivery and at the centre of everything we do.

Every day we get to witness the extraordinary impacts of helping Indian women make their own decisions when it comes to their own bodies and futures. That’s rewarding enough but receiving a prestigious award like this does help raise our profile and will help us reach even more people who need the life-changing services we offer.”

– FRHS India Country Director Ashutosh Kaushik

The Indian Social Impact Awards is organised by Brand Honchos, one of the leading corporate media houses in India. It is attended by leaders from large corporations—giving winning organisations a rare platform to showcase their work and connect for potential corporate sponsorships.

The award recognises FRHS India’s work with vulnerable communities, the team’s spirit and dedication to serving clients in hard-to-reach areas, and their advocacy for more equitable access to reproductive healthcare.
