As an organisation committed to delivering reproductive choice to millions of people around the world, we know that the engagement and wellbeing of our team members is central to our ability to deliver high quality, non-judgemental, client-centred care.

We’re proud of our talented, innovative and passionate global workforce, and we know that the achievement of our 2030 vision – a world where everyone can access the reproductive choices that enable them to determine their own futures – rests on their motivation.

That is why we have clear commitments in our 2030 strategy on investing in and developing our team members across the global partnership, ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. Importantly, we are committed to measuring our progress, including via an annual, global engagement survey.

As MSI Reproductive Choice’s new Global Director of People and Culture and long-standing team member, I am so proud to see the results of our first-ever global engagement survey, which shows that 9 out of 10 employees would recommend MSI as a good place to work, feel their teams work well together and are proud to work for MSI.

The survey earned us an Agenda Consulting Employee Engagement award for our high level of employee engagement.
