MSI has made a number of commitments to global diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) issues within our organisational strategy MSI 2030, such as ensuring gender representation and pay parity across the organisation. A diverse workplace is an important asset, since it acknowledges the individual strengths of each employee and the potential they bring to an organisation.
