Sue Holland

Sue Holland first joined MSI Reproductive Choices in 1994 as a Senior Programme Manager supporting our South Asia programmes. Prior to joining MSI, she worked for eight years in the private sector in sales and marketing for a multinational company in Europe, Japan, and the USA.  

After working at MSI for five years, Sue moved into a Business Development role at Freeplay Foundation before heading to Namibia with Population Services International as a Country Director. Before returning to MSI in 2012, Sue spent five years working for the UK National Health Service.  

Sue then took on the role of MSI’s Regional Director for West and Central Africa, before moving into her current role as our Global Director of People and Culture in 2022.  

Sue has a Master of Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School.
