Moe Moe Aung

Moe Moe Aung joined MSI in 2007 and served as Senior Programme Manager, Director of Programmes, and Operations Director before becoming Country Director for MSI Myanmar in 2021.  

Prior to joining MSI, Moe Moe worked with the Ministry of Health, Médecins Sans Frontières The Netherlands, and Care International in Myanmar, in roles covering hospital care, teaching faculty, primary health care, malaria, HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, and reproductive health.  

Moe Moe holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from the Institute of Medicine, Myanmar, a Master of Medicine in Public Health from the National University of Singapore, and a master’s degree in Public Health from the Rollin’s School of Public Health, Emory University, USA.
